CAUUSES OF TREMBLING HANDS

Trembling hand is a common symptom that may have an obvious underlying cause, but cannot be ruled out as a result of a serious illness. In many cases it is a reaction of the moment, usually in response to stress, so it is not a cause for concern.

But in other cases it is indicator of a something that might be serious concerns. If the shaking of the hand worsens, or is not a reaction to a stressful situation, it is good to see a doctor.

Common Causes of Trembling Hands

 

1. Cold

The “rattling” of teeth is the most common or at least the most common symptom of cold response. However, there are other parts of the body that can react in response to low temperatures such as hands.

If someone notices their hands trembling when it is cold, temperature is the most likely cause. Therefore, it is not a cause for concern.

2. Nervousness

In some cases, the hands and other parts of the body react as a response to stress. Stress can cause nervousness, anger or even joy and excitement.

People with anxiety disorders can often experience this symptom. However, it is harmless, it does not last long, and when the anxiety goes away it also disappears, showing that it is not a psychosomatic process that causes it.

3. Excessive caffeine intake

When a person receives an overdose of caffeine at one time, it can cause unwanted side effects to the body. Among these are excitation, palpitations of the heart, dizziness and trembling.

In addition, caffeine can exacerbate existing trembling condition. Those who find the symptom inconvenient should avoid excesses with caffeine.

4. Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson’s disease is a very common cause of shaky hands.. It is a neurodegenerative disorder that worsens over time. Patients may only notice a slight trembling in the hand that evolves over time.

Men and people with relatives suffering from the condition are at greater risk than the rest of the population.

5. Withdrawal

Withdrawal from a variety of substances can cause vibration in the hands. If one decides to detoxify from heavy substances like heroin can cause more than just a shaky hand. An addict can fully experience the feeling of epilepsy.
